1. Instructions For Student
a) Students Shall Fill Online Provisional Application Form By Clicking On
Online Form-> Fill
Online Registration Form. .
b) Please fill the details properly and attach required
documents in the form of jpg file upto 100 kb.Also upload photo and
signature in jpg
format upto 100 kb.
c) After filling Online Form Note down the Application No Generated..
d) Print Application Form By Clicking
Online Form->
Print Online Registration Form.
e) Submit the hard copy of the documents along with the Application form
print to the college.
f) After Verification of the documents from Dean and MMC student will
receive the mail on students provided Email ID.
g) After receiving mail go to Student Login and take the
print out of Provisinal Registartion Certificate.
